Requesting a rental valuation does not create an agency relationship between you and us. An agency relationship only comes into effect once separate written terms have been agreed.
Landlord services and tenancy terms
Landlord services (including Tenant-Find, Let-Only and Property Management) are provided subject to separate written terms or instructions agreed directly with you, not by using this website. Nothing on this website overrides or replaces those written terms, or any tenancy agreement.
If you are a tenant, the terms of your tenancy are governed by your tenancy agreement and applicable law, not by the general descriptions of a property or our services that appear on this website.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but errors or omissions can occur. We do not guarantee that every detail on this website is complete, current or error-free.
